IMPORTANT : Please note that access to the town of Assisi by car will not be permitted on May 1st–2nd unless you are staying in a hotel within Assisi and have secured a parking spot with them. If you choose to park in Santa Maria degli Angeli, you will have several convenient options to reach Assisi, including taxis, buses, or even a pleasant 30-minute walk.
